On arriving back at the hotel, obviously very disappointed. They said the hotel would refund us as we didn’t take any part of the tour. When we got there, we were told we had a four hour tour taking in other sites before going to the Coliseum at 4 pm! Obviously we could not do that, so we asked for a money back.
When we got to the Colosseum, we were told we had to go to a separate tour office 15 minutes walk away. We were told we had a 12 pm entrance time which was fine with us. We booked to go and see the Colosseum With them only wanted a skip the line entrance, not a tour we made this very clear, as had limited time on our last day, as being picked up to go to the airport at 4 pm.
